APWA is proud to partner with BuildWitt to deliver world-class training content through an innovative platform designed to support continuous, on-the-job learning. Tim Plath, PTOE, and Shane Mark, who serve as chair and vice chair of APWA’s Operations and Maintenance Subcommittee, will kick off this live virtual program by highlighting how BuildWitt’s training videos—focused on technical skills, leadership, and safety—can help organizations train and retain their operations and maintenance workforce.
Connor Dlaney, an account executive for BuildWitt, will then provide an overview of APWA’s partnership and the value BuildWitt brings to public works agencies during a walkthrough of the platform. The session will conclude with Josh Mallinger and Jeff Brooker from Eagan, Minnesota, sharing their real-world experience working with BuildWitt to support their organization’s workforce development.
