Public Outreach for Project Success

Jenni Wall is Director of Client Services & Business Development at D&A Communications. She brings over 20 years of experience in developing strategic communications programs for public sector clients including Port of Oakland, Port of San Francisco, TJPA, SFPUC, and others.

Natalie Jenkins is a Communications Manager at D&A and leads inclusive community engagement initiatives for major Bay Area projects involving transportation, infrastructure, and equity, including for SFMTA, and the Port of San Francisco.

Jenni and Natalie are both IAP2 certified (International Association for Public Participation) in Designing and Leading Public Participation.
